I am very proud to be a Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) practitioner and Massage Therapist.
I have always been fascinated by the human body. From one view it is a work of art, beautifully represented by gymnasts, athletes and dancers. For all of us it is a marvel of biomechanical engineering most of which carries on day after day without us even thinking about it. The body is constantly renewing and making compensations but occasionally it gets to the point where it says 'no more'.
Whether you are sporty but suffering from 'niggles', a desk worker or driver with 'poor posture', busy professional, awaiting an operation, recovering from a procedure, there is something we can do to treat and support you. It is a real pleasure and privilege to be able to offer high standard therapies that treat the whole of you and can actually make a genuine difference.
I am a member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage (ISRM), the Sports Therapy Association (STA) and is fully insured by Balens Insurance. I have also trained at the Lymphoedema Training Academy and can be found on the registers for MLDUK and the British Lymphology Society (BLS).
Treating the human body is a continuous fascinating learning experience. I also enjoy running at parkun and our local running club, walking the dog and digging the allotment. I also enjoy music in many forms and play in two different local wind bands.
