I am very proud to be a Massage Soft Tissue Therapist.

Qualified to treat musculoskeletal conditions, complaints, injuries or dysfunction, I strive to provide an individualised service of the highest quality and standard possible. I can often be seen at running events where I enjoy providing soft tissue therapy and massage support to competitors.

Alongside soft tissue therapy, I am a qualified England Athletics Leader in Run Fitness ( LiRF) and lead running groups with my local running club, Stubbington Green Runners. In my spare time, I enjoy playing the saxophone, running, cycling and swimming. I have completed a number of triathlons, long distance cycle rides and marathons.
